Questions to ask before you pay
What this full check did not cover
        • Whether past shipments arrived. We have no way to know from public information.
        • Who owns the business. We do not search private records.
        • Anything the supplier told you only by phone or in a private chat.

Fictional sample. Example Harbor Trading LLC is not a real company and every detail is made up to show what a full check contains. A real full check gives a source and a date for each line.

        How it works

The first look is free. The full check is by quote and you are told the price before you pay.

        Before you pay

        • Full refund until your adviser starts your file; you are told when that happens.
        • If we cannot do the work, you get your money back.
        • Questions before you pay are free.
        The four steps
        1. Send us what you have

The supplier's name, any website and contact details, the invoice or message asking for payment, and how you are asked to pay. WhatsApp is fine.

        2. You get a free first look Free

We read what you sent and tell you what is publicly visible about the supplier and what to ask before you pay.

        3. For a full check, we send a quote By quote

If you want it in writing, you see the price before anything is done. Say no and nothing is charged.

        4. You decide

We do not pay anyone for you and we do not contact the supplier unless you ask us to.

        What a full check contains

The free first look is a short answer from us: what is publicly visible about the supplier at a glance, and what to ask before you pay. The full check, by quote, is a written report on the seven lines below, in your language, each with a source and a date. Each line says one of three things: it matches, we could not confirm it, or it does not match what you were told.

        What a check is not

        Not an investigation

We look at public information you could find yourself. We do not follow anyone, search private records or contact the supplier unless you ask.

        No guarantee

A check cannot tell you a supplier will deliver, and it is not a verdict. Things can change after we look.

        Not legal advice

We are not a law firm. For a legal question we point you to a licensed lawyer and take no referral fee.

We never pay anyone for you

We do not send, hold or move money for you. The decision and the payment stay with you.

        No commission from either side

We take nothing from the supplier or from anyone else. The first look is free. If you ask for a full check, you pay us for that, by quote, and that is all.

        Full check: by quote

The first look is free. The price of a full check depends on the supplier and on what you were sent, and you are told it before you pay.

        Questions owners ask
Can you tell me if a supplier is a scam?

No. We cannot give a verdict. We show what matches, what does not and what we could not confirm, and we give you the questions to ask.

        Does the supplier find out?

Not unless you ask us to contact them. We only look at public information.

What do you need from me?

The supplier's name, any website and contact details, the invoice or message asking for payment, and how you were asked to pay.
